Who can make a referral to WALK?

Any person who is 16 years of age or over can be referred to WALK services.

Can I make a referral myself?

Most referrals to WALK come from Disability Managers in the person's local HSE area.

However, you can make a referral yourself or you can ask somebody to make a referral on your behalf, for example, your keyworker, your friends, your family members.

The following is a list of Disability Managers that you might want to make contact with to discuss a referral to WALK .

How do I make a referral?

To make a referral you can either contact Frank Kelly and discuss with him your situation or you can complete a referrals form.
