WALK is a community and voluntary organisation supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live self-determined lives in socially inclusive communities. We are looking to recruit a Lifestyle Facilitator on a two year fixed term contract to provide support to service users to build a lifestyle and live their life as part of the community.
