Team Coordinator / Person In Charge (Supported Living Services)

The Team Coordinator will play a key role within the leadership structure of the organisation and in ensuring person centred approaches are inherent in the thinking and practice of staff and in the provision of our models of support.

It is an exciting opportunity for people to expand their skills and influence.

The Team Coordinator will be an influential driver and champion in the organization's efforts to ensure people supported have the best possible life.

Psychology Project Worker (Supported Living Services)

As part of our growing development of supports for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, we are now seeking applications for a Psychology Project Worker (148hrs Part time) to work as part of our Supported Living services.

The Psychology Project Worker (Supported Living Services) is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of clinically guided therapeutic interventions. The Psychology Project Worker will provide support, training, supervision, and personal assistance to people with intellectual disabilities. Their role is to support persons with intellectual disabilities in self-care and independent living activities and help them to lead self-directed lives of active participation in and contribution to community life.
