WALK REAL Programme

Supporting young adults to Reach their Employment Ambitions in Life.

WALK REAL is a Dormant Accounts funded programme that supports young adults who are in disability services, who can and want to work, to reach their employment ambitions in life

WALK REAL is a Supported Employment Programme, working in collaboration with partner employers to guide and support participants to gain and sustain paid employment in the open labour market.

WALK REAL programme partners, Airfield Estate, the Houses of the Oireachtas, Tallaght University Hospital and Walkinstown Green Social Enterprises facilitate participants to gain meaningful vocational training and work experience in a supportive environment. WALK REAL Trainers & Job Coaches support participants plan their individual pathway, gain valuable experiences and access local opportunities.
