WALK provides a transparent process for complaints made against the organisation and records all complaints made in line with legislative provision provided in the Health Act 2004.
WALK has a Feedback and Complaints Officer. Her name is Wendy Farmer.
If you, or your advocate, have tried to address your complaint with a staff member and they cannot help you resolve it then you should try to put your complaint in writing to Wendy Farmer, 1 Longmile Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12. She will do her best to help resolve the problem. You can also ring Wendy on (01) 4650388.
