Step 1

Presentation for WALK Peer Representatives re. What is a Strategic Plan – 12th March 2024.

Step 2

Strategic Plan Review Day reviewing learning from our current Strategic Plan - 14th March 2024.

Step 3

WALK Peer Rep feedback meeting regarding WALK’s next Strategic Plan – 16th April 2024

Step 4

Series of workshops across 10 WALK locations for Peer Representatives to collect feedbackfrom the people we support for our next Strategic Plan – 9th May to 22nd May 2024

Step 5

Two listening to families’ sessions: These included families from WALK’s different service areas and facilitated feedback from families on what they feel the priorities should be for our next Strategic Plan – 21st May 2024.

Step 6

Focus group with people supported in WALK: Listening to feedback on: “What is Important and what would make life better” for the next Strategic Plan - 23rd May 2024.

Step 7

Consultation session with the Senior Leadership Team: held on 4th July 2024.

Step 8

Series of individual meetings with Board Directors held 24th June to 12th July 24th.

Information pulled together into key themes. July 2024.

Chairmans & CEO’s statement based on key themes that emerged from stakeholder information gathering session’s held July/Aug 2024.
