Working at WALK has been a rewarding journey for me professionally and personally. Its emphasis on inclusion, respect, and empowerment makes it much more than just a job.

I greatly value the strong focus on staff development. The training opportunities I've received have been crucial in helping me grow, especially in my role as a social care worker in a supported living service. This investment in our development sends a powerful message about our importance to the organisation's mission.

WALK’s approach to supporting people with intellectual disabilities truly resonates with me. Service users are respected as individuals, with their choices and voices honoured. This commitment aligns with WALK’s core values of self-determination and inclusion.
