At WALK, the Journey to Work is not just about getting a job, it is about developing a career. It begins with a simple question, ‘What is Your Dream Job?’ and like all journeys, it takes time, and progress comes in stages.

Communication, Conversations are key, Listen between the cracks
Engage, Explore, Ensure, Experience, Embed, Embark, Excel
Different Stages, Expand the horizons, Supporting the journey
Dream Big Work Hard
European Supported Employment
Supporting participants through the European Supported Employment model means that conversations are key, participant’s decisions are well informed and partner employers are equally supported.
The best learning comes with experience and inclusive employer partners are key to participant’s successes
